1. The service
Glowmate turns one customer-provided photo into three AI-generated profile pictures: a professional portrait, a daytime social/dating portrait, and a night-out social/dating portrait. The service is marketed primarily to customers in the United States. It is a digital, one-time purchase; there is no subscription.
2. Eligibility and your photo
You must be at least 18 years old. You may submit only a photo of yourself, or a photo for which you have the person's clear permission and all necessary rights. Do not submit images of minors, third parties without permission, illegal content, or content intended for impersonation or fraud.
3. Price and payment
The current advertised price is US$10.99 for one order of three profile pictures. The final price and any applicable taxes are shown by Stripe before payment is completed. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; Glowmate does not store card details.
4. Delivery and AI-generated results
Once Stripe confirms payment, Glowmate processes the order and emails three private PNG download links to the address supplied at checkout. Links expire after seven days. AI results are generated from your photo and can vary; Glowmate does not promise a specific aesthetic outcome, dating result, employment result, or social outcome. The images are not identity documents and must not be used for verification, KYC, or deceptive purposes.
5. Refunds and delivery support
If you do not receive the delivery email, contact us at revaagency2024@ik.me. We will review the order and delivery records. If the three images were not successfully generated and made available, we will issue a refund. If images were generated but the email or link failed, we may resend the existing delivery. We do not offer automatic regenerations, discretionary refunds after delivery, or refunds based only on a personal style preference. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable consumer rights that apply to you.
6. Immediate performance and withdrawal
Glowmate is a personalised digital service. Before payment, you must expressly request that we begin creating your images immediately after payment and acknowledge the consequences for withdrawal rights. Where applicable law permits a withdrawal right to be lost after that express request and the beginning of performance, you agree that the service starts immediately after payment and that the right may no longer apply. If a mandatory right cannot lawfully be excluded, it remains unaffected.
7. Permitted use of delivered images
You may use your delivered images for normal personal and professional profile purposes, including social media, dating profiles, CVs, portfolios, personal websites, and LinkedIn. You may not use them for identity documents, biometric verification, scams, unlawful impersonation, resale as stock images, or as a competing AI-image service.

9. Changes and applicable mandatory rights
We may update these Terms for future orders by posting a new version on this page. These Terms do not exclude rights that cannot legally be waived in the customer's country of residence.
