Terms of Service

Glow Mate creates a personalized PDF guide from the answers you provide. It offers general educational conversation ideas and relationship reflection. It is not therapy, medical, legal, or crisis advice, and it does not promise a romantic, emotional, or relationship outcome.

Use the guide with care, respect, and consent. Do not use it to pressure, deceive, manipulate, harass, or ignore another person’s boundaries.

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for making sure that your use of the service is lawful where you live and that you have the right to provide any information you submit.

Glow Mate is a one-time digital purchase, not a subscription. The price shown at checkout is charged by Stripe. Any taxes, currency conversion, or payment-provider charges applicable to your order are shown or handled by Stripe or your payment provider at checkout.

An order is accepted when Stripe confirms payment. We may cancel or refund an order when payment cannot be verified, the service cannot legally be provided, or there is a clear pricing or technical error.

After payment is confirmed, we start producing the personalized guide and send it to the email address supplied at checkout, normally about 5 minutes after payment. Delivery timing can vary because the guide is generated individually.

You are responsible for entering an email address you can access and checking spam, promotions, and junk folders. If the guide does not arrive, email revaagency2024@ik.me from the address used at checkout. We will investigate, resend where possible, or provide an appropriate remedy.

Because Glow Mate is made to order, we ask for your express request to begin creating it immediately after payment. Where consumer law gives you a withdrawal or cancellation right for digital content, you acknowledge at checkout that this right may be lost once performance begins, where the law permits.

This does not remove any non-waivable right you have under applicable law. See our Refund Policy for how we handle delivery and service issues.

Once paid, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use your guide for your own private purposes. You may not resell, publish, redistribute, reproduce at scale, train a model on, or present the guide as your own commercial product without written permission.

• Give truthful, appropriate, and lawful information.
• Do not submit private information about another person that you are not permitted to share.
• Do not submit content that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, or infringes another person’s rights.
• Use your own judgment and respect the other person’s autonomy, comfort, and consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glow Mate is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that a guide will be error-free, fit every situation, create a connection, or lead to a particular result.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Otherwise, our total liability for a claim related to your order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

These Terms are governed by French law, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection law that applies in your country of residence. If you have a concern, contact us first at revaagency2024@ik.me; we aim to respond within three business days.

We may update these Terms for future orders. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
