Glow Mate is operated by Carmen Rodriguez Portillo, Sole proprietor, at 81 rue Anatole France, 93130 Noisy-le-Sec, France. For privacy requests or questions, email revaagency2024@ik.me.

We collect only what we need to create, deliver, secure, support, and account for your order:

• Contact information: your email address.
• Questionnaire information: the choices and text you provide about your situation and the guide you want.
• Order information: order identifiers, payment status, amount, currency, and delivery status. Card details are handled by Stripe, not stored by Glow Mate.
• Technical and security information: limited logs and identifiers needed to prevent fraud, operate the service, and troubleshoot failures.

Please do not include highly sensitive details, including health information, sex life, government identifiers, religious beliefs, or private information about another person. Keep free-text context broad and only provide information you have the right to share.

• To validate your order, create your personalized guide, and email it to you.
• To secure payments, prevent abuse, and maintain reliable service records.
• To answer delivery, refund, privacy, or support requests.
• To meet legal, tax, accounting, and consumer-protection obligations.

We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not use your questionnaire content to train our own AI models.

We use carefully selected providers to operate the service: Stripe for payment, Supabase for private database and file storage, OpenAI to generate guide content, Brevo to send email, and Vercel to host the website and server functions. They process information only as needed to provide their services to us, subject to their own contractual, privacy, and security terms.

These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. When required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

We aim to remove the PDF and anonymize completed questionnaire records within 30 days of fulfillment. Unpaid or abandoned checkout records are deleted after about 7 days. We may retain the minimum transaction, fraud-prevention, and accounting record needed to meet legal obligations or resolve a dispute.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of your personal information. California residents may also have rights to know, correct, delete, limit certain sensitive-information uses, opt out of sale or sharing, and not be discriminated against for exercising their rights. We do not sell or share personal information as described above.

To make a request, email revaagency2024@ik.me with the subject “Privacy request,” using the email address from your order. We may need to verify your identity before acting. You may also authorize an agent where applicable law allows.

Residents of the EEA, UK, or France can complain to their local data-protection authority, including the CNIL in France.

We use server-side access controls, private storage, and provider security measures designed to protect personal information. No online system is perfectly secure, so please avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive information.

Glow Mate uses essential technical measures needed for the site, checkout, security, and delivery flow. We do not run targeted-advertising cookies on this service. If this changes, we will update this notice and provide any consent choices required by law.

We may update this Policy for future use of the service. The latest version will always be posted here.
